2.  USAV Aloha Region Limited One-Event Region Membership

​

All players participating in the combine must be USAV Aloha Region members. If you are not, simply download the "Aloha Region Limited One-Event Region Membership", fill it out and give it to the Aloha Region Representative at Check-in with the $5 Aloha Region single event fee.
